LAGUNA WATERPARK, DUBAI

Sim Leisure provided detailed design and build services for the facades and interior fit out for this world class waterpark located in City Walk.

SNOW ABU DHABI
Design and Build contract to deliver the entire theming package for Al Farwaniya Investments including the iconic enchanted tree.  The tree is a 15m tall expansive art piece connected by rope bridges housing platforms and a treehouse.

 

SNOW OMAN
Design and build contract to deliver the theming package for Majid Al Futtaim's next genre in snow parks.  The park includes extensive themed facades, artificial rockwork, ride theming and digital graphics.  The notable artistic piece on this project is a 25m long frozen shipwreck containing rides and attractions.
 

MOTIONGATE, DUBAI
Completing the full scope of theming in the Dreamworks zone (45,000sqm), the iconic main entrance gate and various works elsewhere, Sim Leisure delivered a world class quality product on time and has been beaconed as our largest project in the UAE.  In 2021 we also completed the expansion of the park.

BOLLYWOOD™, DUBAI
Completing this complete show and scenic package, at the same time as the Motiongate projectioct is a hug achievement for us.  From elaborate facade pieces to special effects for a stunt show, this design and build project is the first of its kind.  in 2020 we also completed the expansion of the park.
 

MATTEL PLAY! TOWN, DUBAI
Sim Leisure provided all the attractions and thematic elements for the Mattel themed edutainment center.

GREEN PLANET, DUBAI

Creating an immersive Australian Walkabout experience, Sim Leisure completed the concept design through to the works execution for this exciting new exhibit at Green Planet, Dubai.

 

ADVENTURE PARK DUBAI
Officially opening it's doors on February 17, 2022, the same day Dubai HIlls Mall opened to the public, we delivered on a promise to showcase an innovative matrix of attractions to entertain younger demographics with a playful and urban landscape.

ESCAPE, PENANG

Fully owned and operated by Sim Leisure, ESCAPE is an award winning, exciting and challenging outdoor adventure theme park and waterpark

YAS WATERWORLD, ABU DHABI

Sim Leisure delivered a number of the major theming elements for the iconic Yas Island Waterworld, considered one of the best  water parks in the world.

 

SKI DUBAI, DUBAI

Sim Leisure designed and executed the 2nd phase of the theming, including the  ‘Snow Penguins’ display and the ‘Snow Bullet’ zipline.

LEGOLAND, DENMARK & MALAYSIA

We executed the theming, signage & show

elements of the Malaysia theme park and

resort along with the entrance façade of the
 first Legoland park in Billund, Denmark.

 

LOST PARADISE OF DILMUN, BAHRAIN

Sim Leisure conceptualised, design,

built & operated the biggest tourist attraction in Bahrain.

 

JUMEIRAH BEACH HOTEL

From concept design to theming execution, Sim Leisure designed and built the Kids Club at the iconic Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Sim Leisure provided thematic designing and execution of the theming elements in the
